ACQUISITION
OF BUSINESSES |

On 1 October 2005 the
business of Royce Imaging Industries (Pty)
Ltd was transferred to Royce Imaging Industries
(division of Reunert Limited).
In March 2006 the assets and liabilities
of Black Dot IT company were purchased for
R2,1 million and combined into the business
of Nashua Mobile (Pty) Ltd (subsidiary of
Reunert Limited).
In March 2006 various assets of Dynatrac
were purchased for R4,3 million and combined
into the business of Acuo Technologies (division
of Reunert Limited). |
